Happy Tuesday!! ☺️ We just wanted to take a second and brag a little on our client “K”!! “K” started her Zerona treatment package a little over 2 weeks ago. We are so excited and amazed (but not surprised) by her results in just 4 sessions! “K” has maximized her results by following our simple guidelines during treatment. They include:
1. Following a calorie neutral diet, meaning “K” is not technically in a deficit, or in a surplus. She’s simply just focusing on removing inflammatory foods from her diet (which aids in the lymphatic system being primed to remove the adipose contents released by the Zerona). We prefer to not have our patients go on a drastic caloric deficit diet, and to just let the Zerona work it’s MAGIC 🪄!
2. “K” is drinking plenty of water everyday to aid her lymphatic system in flushing out the adipose (fat) contents that are released by the Zerona laser.
3. “K” been making a conscious effort to get a little more movement in especially on days she does a Zerona treatment, again, to aid the lymphatic system in removal of the adipose (fat) contents that were released during the treatment.

So excited to see how far we can go!! We will be posting updates on her and our other Zerona clients soon!! Great job “K”!!

It has been about 3 months since we moved into our NEW space (still in the same complex, just on the opposite end of the building, in suite M), and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! If you haven't been in to see us in a while, check out the pics of the new office!
