New month means… a brand new therapist of the month 💙

Lauren has poured her time, energy, and heart into being not only an amazing RBT, but also an amazing trainer and a supportive floor supervisor! She’s always willing to jump in, go the extra mile, and be there for both staff and clients whenever she’s needed 🫶🏻

April is Autism Awareness Month 💙��At our center, we all go beyond awareness! we strive for understanding, acceptance, and meaningful support for every client we have. Autism is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Each child brings unique strengths, perspectives, and new ways of experiencing the world, and honestly we should all be honored to be a part of their growth. 🥹��Through ALC we focus on building communication, independence, and life skills in a way that is compassionate and individualized. Every small step forward is worth celebrating, and every voice deserves to be heard and I believe our team really brings that to the table for all of our clients. ��This month and every month after we have high hopes that we all can celebrate the unique differences that should be embraced all the time and where every client is given the opportunity to thrive not only in our care at ALC but also out in the big world 🌎 ��Thank you all for all your hard work, dedication and effort you bring every day. We have an amazing team and it shows! We appreciate all of you, all the time, on the good days and the hard days.
