Overnight oats are a staple breakfast because they're great for meal-prep. ๐Ÿ™Œ

This healthy breakfast is so customizable, and easy to enjoy on-the-go. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Basic ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice: almond coconut, oat, etc.
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Optional Add-ins:
- Cinnamon
- Dried/fresh fruit
- Nuts
- Sweetener (monk fruit, maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar, etc.)
- Granola
- Dark chocolate

Place all ingredients into a mason jar or container of choice and mix well to combine.

Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve cold with topping of choice.
