Join us for FULL MOON
Yoga • Sound • Cacao at EDENOLOGY, an evening designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect.

We begin with a gentle, grounding yoga flow that opens the body and prepares the nervous system to receive. From there we move into a heart-opening ceremonial cacao experience, working with the same sacred cacao we carry in our online apothecary. This beautiful plant ally supports emotional connection, clarity, and a deeper presence within yourself.

As the cacao begins to move through the body, you’ll be guided into a deeply immersive sound bath. Layers of vibration and frequency wash through the room, helping the mind quiet and the body settle into a state of restoration.

Throughout the evening we serve our ceremonial cacao and share the EmberRoot Cacao Spice, hand-blended and alchemized by yours truly here at EDENOLOGY, a warming blend crafted to deepen the ritual and awaken the senses.

This experience is grounding, heart-opening, and honestly… a little magical.

The new moon is a sacred time to slow down, reset, and plant seeds for what’s to come. Join us for a cozy evening of connection, gentle movement, and nourishment as we gather in community to honor the lunar cycle.

We’ll begin with a restorative yoga flow, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle. From there, we’ll share a homemade meal, grounding ourselves with warm food and good company.

To close the evening, we’ll lift the energy together through Bhakti yoga, singing uplifting mantras that open the heart and bring our voices together in celebration and gratitude.
