Hi, I’m the accountability pug. Pubba says if she’s going to keep up with all her active clients, she has to be active too. Personally, I think naps are a sport—but I supervise her workouts anyway… from a comfortable patch of shade.

She runs, she lifts, she sweats. I provide moral support by staring at her with mild disappointment and occasionally judging her snack choices. But I’ll give her this—she always reminds people that if you’re getting back into shape, you have to take care of your muscles too.

So book a massage. Recover like a pro. And maybe bring snacks. For me, obviously.

Hello everyone! I added some last minute hours for this weekend. I will be opening up more weekends soon. My normal hours are currently Tuesday-Thursday, 9am-2pm. This coincides with daycare hours, but as always, if you are looking for a time outside of those hours, please reach out. Sometimes, I can accommodate, sometimes, I cannot. I will always try though. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer.
