Purple Mountain Recovery had the honor of hosting “The Art of Group Facilitation”— Thank you TJ Woodward for taking the time to share your craft and the incredible conversation you showed us were possible today.
There’s a big gap between reading about a model and being in the room with the person who created it. Today closed that gap.
This training pushed us beyond surface-level facilitation skills. It challenged us to be more present, more intentional, and more honest in the way we hold space. Because real groups aren’t about control—they’re about connection, safety, and authenticity.
We’re not leaving this the same.
We’re leaving better equipped to lead groups that actually create change.
Grateful for the investment, the depth, and the standard we’re committed to upholding.
