💜 What a beautiful day in Pueblo 💜

Today we hosted an open house at our Purple Mountain Recoverys Pueblo office, and it meant so much to open our doors to community partners, neighbors, and clients.

We were grateful to welcome everyone into the space, connect face-to-face, and share in conversation, care, and community. We also had the opportunity to hand out gifts and blankets to clients who attended—small gestures, but offered with a lot of heart.

This office represents our commitment to meeting people where they are and continuing to expand recovery-oriented, affirming behavioral-health services in Southern Colorado. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, showed support, and helped make today special. We’re so excited to be growing in Pueblo.

We were honored that Purple Mountain Recovery got to host a resource table at the most recent event with SoCo Harm Reduction Association

At its heart, harm reduction is about meeting people where they are — offering compassion, resources, and practical support rather than judgment. 

At our table, we shared information, talked with community members, and connected folks with services that can make a real difference. It was powerful to see firsthand how resource-sharing and outreach can spark connection and hope.

Grateful to everyone from SoCo who made this possible — and excited to continue partnering to support community health and dignity.

Let's educate ourselves, support those affected, and honor the lives lost. Remember, love and understanding are our greatest tools in the fight against this epidemic. Together, we can create a world where everyone can thrive without fear. 💪🏽✨

I had the privilege of attending the Profiles in Valor awards ceremony hosted by the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber—an inspiring event honoring Latino veterans whose service and community commitment exemplify true valor. 

The program recognizes Hispanic/Latino veterans from El Paso County who have distinguished themselves through both military service and ongoing contributions to our community. 

Being among leaders, veterans, business professionals and community advocates reinforced for me how vital it is to create space for recognition, connection and support. Events like this bring forward stories of service and help us all deepen our understanding of what leadership and sacrifice look like in our region.

Thrilled to stand alongside these heroes, learn from their journeys and continue working toward a more inclusive and appreciative business-and-community landscape in Colorado Springs.

☕ The Young Professionals Coffee Meetup with the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber, was such a great morning of connection, conversation and community.

For a bit of background, SCWCC is a powerful local chamber that supports businesses of all sizes — and especially women-led ones — by offering networking, professional development, advocacy and growth opportunities. 

At the meetup, I met young professionals from across the region, exchanged ideas, talked about goals and realized just how valuable it is to be part of an engaged business community. I left feeling energised and ready to take action.

☕ I had such a great coffee meeting with Josh from Charlie Health! It was awesome getting to learn more about the services they offer and how they support people needing mental-health, substance-use, or eating-disorder treatment—especially through virtual intensive outpatient care.

Charlie Health provides individualized, trauma-informed virtual treatment for kids, teens, adults, and families, making care more accessible no matter where someone is located.
