Shadow working in my personal Sacral Chakra

Surrendering hurt words that were said to me as a kid about my creative expression like in music or singing, by following the strand of thread that is there to lead me back to all those times I heard those words or phrases; telling me what I wasn't or couldn't be.
To bringing me right to the innocence of it, the innocence I witnessed as the observer of this story with the compassion for the one who said those things to me. Creating an opportunity to forgive and let go of being a victim in that story line with a deeper understanding into compassion that this is part of my shadow that I need to pay attention to in loving ways. That no matter who did what; the fact that its there is for me to alchemize into a stepping stone so to speak. Using many different practices of self awareness and self care of course, sitting with it; the emotions of it is one thing; but acting in that new awareness takes courage. I try to work it through often, and it is slowly getting less terrifying but with the support of friends and community who gently nudge me with loving encouragement or offer the openness into acceptance of any so-called flaw. I notice more and more of my authentic self with clarity all the time πŸ§‘πŸ’«πŸŒΉπŸŒΉ

I love to do a lot of things to de-stress, being a Projector Human Design I do these self-loving care practices often 🀀
My most favorite is a super hot salt and bubble bath if I have the bubbles, then I like to anoint it with some of my favorite essential oils or whichever ones my body tells me when I check in πŸ›€πŸ»
I also like to rub my own feetπŸ‘£ with oils and some of these stones I found by a river in AK, they look like fingers, and I can put them between my toes and it feels oh so gooD!
I also like just to sit outside by myself and just be present, or in my meditation area. I light candles too; that always helps me chill out. With 3 kids at home, I have found many things to help myself feel a little less stress. What are your favorite ways to de-stress ❓
