You CAN do hard things! Take a moment to consider your approach to what's ahead.

5 Tips to Tackle What's Ahead:
Small Steps: Break projects into small, manageable steps

Practice Makes Progress: Practice doing hard things to build resilience

Visualize Success: Picture yourself succeeding to build confidence, clarity, and mental preparedness.

Celebrate: Acknowledge the wins along the way!

Be Kind to Yourself: Setbacks will happen and progress does not always happen in a straight line.

Feelings are a compass for your mental health and body. Prioritizing your feelings for health and safety is important and a courageous step in navigating your way. Your emotions are valid, and they deserve to be expressed. You are allowed to feel deeply, to laugh, to cry, and to experience all that life has to offer. It is okay to reach out for support, to reflect on how you are feeling, and to focus on healing with purpose. You are not alone and do not have to navigate solo; you matter!

Jannette is a therapist who shows up with honesty, warmth, with a grounded and down-to-earth presence. Her experiences both personal and professional give her a certain edge, as such, very little shocks her. Clients often say it's nice to work with someone who is not a cookie cutter therapist.

Her style is direct, humorous, and easygoing, offering a space where people can feel safe, seen and feel like they can finally take that deep breath they've been needing. Jannette takes a holistic approach rooted in trauma and neurodivergence awareness. She is trained in EMDR and neuropsychotherapy but manages to be flexible and creative. She works with individuals, teens, couples, polycules, and LGBTQIA+ clients, with the intention of meeting each person where they are without judgement.

Jannette believes everyone has parts of themselves they struggle with, and healing isn't about shutting those parts down, it's about understanding them and finding healthier ways to meet their needs. She brings a kind but strong presence to the room, unafraid to think outside the box and unbothered by the messiness of being human.

If you're looking for a therapist who's real, approachable, and fully in your corner, Jannette would be honored to walk alongside you on your path toward change and growth.

Letting go creates space for new experiences, relationships, and growth by shedding what no longer serves you, much like trees lose their leaves to make way for new beginnings.
