Good morning and Happy Saturday,

Some of you may have seen, that I'm back in Colorado at the moment and my first events will start to pop up soon!!!!

The first one is on the schedule already on December 13th for Ceremonial Cacao and Yin yoga. I'm beyond excited and happy to host this event with Northgate YogaWell for the very first time.

I hope to see you, I still have some spots left...

Annamaya kosha - the physical body. Our outermost layer, our sensations
Pranamaya kosha - Energetic layer - Vital Energy - Life Force
Manomaya kosha - Emotional Sheath - Becoming aware of how and what we feel.
Vijnanamaya kosha - Intellectual layer - The need for stimulation of the brain. The need for knowledge.
Anandamaya kosha - Blissful layer - Connection to the spiritual.

First, we will arrive and dive into the world of the ancient wisdom and knowledge of Kakaw. A short introduction to what Ceremonial Kakaw is, where it comes from, and how powerful it is. Followed by a guided deep meditation, breathwork, and gentle Yin poses, you'll slide into a long savasana, leaving plenty of room for reflection and rest.
Sunday, September 7th from 4-6 pm (also 16-18) at Box 6400

One Breath at a time...

Take a break with me, every Thursday at Box6400, to slow down and get to know yourself better. Through Yin Yoga, we slowly learn to connect with our inner wisdom, to combine it with the wisdom we receive from the outside. Honestly, maybe we can learn to give less of a f… of what other people think of us or maybe to worry less about anything less, but just being ourselves.

Meditation saved my life…

Insight and awareness…

Diving into the energy of the third eye, also known as the Ajna Chakra. This energy field can be one of the most life changing experiences you will ever have. One way to become more insightful and create more awareness is to create a routine of daily meditation.

Our brain 🧠 is an amazing organ. Depending on what we “feed” the brain in form of information from the outside, like the news, the people we surround ourselves with, how we treat ourselves, we can effect the way we live our lives and we can change the path and lead it towards what we really want.

Consistency is the key. An old saying goes like this:

“Rome wasn’t build in a day, but they were laying bricks every hour” - John Heywoods.

A gentle reminder that it requires time and patience to build something big and great…

Your body is your temple and your brain is a magical tool to chance and become what you want to be.

Start today with just 5-10 mins and tap into the practice of meditation with me or with yourself 🧘🏼‍♀️

All my Yoga classes has elements of Meditation, that is easy to learn and use in your everyday life. Sprinkle it with breath work and you will be much closer to your dream life… One brick at the time 🙏🏻

Insight and Awareness

Meditation saved my life

The hardest experience in my life I ever had to pull myself back from was the death of my boyfriend in 2016. I was led to meditation by a friend, and I trained intensely for months to get to the sensation of bliss and pure love. The universal connection was flowing down through me like a pure white light from the sky.

Dearest Yogi Friend,
We made it to Vishudda, the throat Chakra. This chakra represents our authentic self—the way we express ourselves and our creativity in this area.

The Bija Mantra for this chakra is HAM…

Personally, I like the Humming Bee Breath. Chanting AUM has also been a long-time favorite of mine.

We will dive into the HUMs and opening the throat with Yin poses as the supported Fish pose and Sphinx pose.
