Our next class is 03•15 🪄 Tickets in bio ! Don’t miss it !

Chemical peels are incredibly powerful, but most providers perform them after having memorized steps instead of from a place of true understanding.

Unfortunately, we are shown many@application techniques, but are rarely taught acid behavior.

If you cannot confidently explain how pH shifts acid strength, how percentage influences diffusion and reservoir effect, or why two peels with the same label can act completely differently in the skin, then you are following instructions rather than understanding physiology.

That is why I created “The Science of Chemical Peels”

Inside this masterclass, you will learn how to think through a peel instead of just applying one. We break down pH versus percentage, real pe*******on mechanics, how different acids behave once they contact tissue, strategic layering, condition specific peel selection, and how to combine modalities without increasing unnecessary risk.

This is chemistry and clinical reasoning combined 🙌🏻
The foundation you need to treat with clarity and confidence.

Anyone can hold the pen, not everyone knows what they’re doing 🙃

But performing this treatment makes you responsible for more than just creating microchannels. That isn’t and never will be enough.

You’re responsible for understanding the skin in front of you.

What layer of skin needs precise stimulation and what will the outcome of that be ? When is superficial better than deep ? What am I specially trying to remodel ?

Microneedling isn’t just a technique. It’s controlled injury. And controlled injury requires knowledge of wound healing, melanocyte behavior, vascular response, and timing.

The device is simple.
Skin biology is not.

This treatment isn’t for everyone to perform, and that’s okay. It’s healing and controlled therapy for the skin. Don’t let anyone fool you into thinking it’s “simple”. It takes knowledge, technique and method. If you think it’s easy, you don’t know enough; respectfully 🤍

Chemical peels are one of the most powerful tools we have, yet most providers are using them from a surface level understanding.

We are taught how to apply them. We are not taught how they behave.

If you cannot clearly explain how pH changes acid activity, how percentage affects diffusion and reservoir, or why two peels with the same label can produce completely different outcomes, then you are relying on protocol instead of physiology.

That is exactly why I created The Science of Chemical Peels.

In this masterclass you will learn how to think through a peel, not just perform one. We will break down pH versus percentage, true pe*******on mechanics, acid behavior in the skin, strategic layering, condition based peel selection, and how to combine peels with other modalities without increasing risk.

This is chemistry, tissue response, and clinical decision making. The foundation you need to practice with confidence.

When an aesthetician reaches for a stronger peel, it’s usually because they’re looking for more visible correction. Sometimes it’s necessary…But many times achieving results with a peel doesn’t require “going stronger”, it requires precision.

A self neutralizing peel keeps working until the acid is consumed in the skin. There is no off switch.
A neutralized peel is actively stopped. That changes how long it works and how deep it can go.

A buffered peel has part of the acid bound in salt form. That lowers immediate free acid availability. This will create a slower pe*******on and typically a more controlled response.

An unbuffered peel delivers more free acid immediately which causes a faster reaction but often times more inflammation within the skin.

Low pH increases free acid activity and a higher percentage increases total acid present in that peel.

You can have a higher percentage peel that behaves gently because it is buffered but yet you can have a lower percentage peel that hits harder because of a lower pH and free acid availability.

And then there is still the vehicle, molecular size, lipid solubility, skin prep, barrier integrity, melanocyte reactivity, and inflammatory response to consider.

Don’t skip the science 🧪 “Stronger” doesn’t cover that. Strategy involves understanding what type of peel is most beneficial for the results you’re trying to achieve …and why 😁

The goal isn’t to always make everyone peel as much as you can.
The goal is to use a controlled chemical plan that moves the skin in the direction you want ⬇️⬆️➡️

We don’t need strong peels, we need smart peels ☝🏻

Comment ACID for the direct link to this class 📘📙📗

Chemical peels are often misunderstood because most of us were only taught the surface level. We memorized steps, brand rules, and percentages… but not how acids actually behave once they meet living tissue.

And yes, that includes glycolic acid. Everyone talks about its small molecular weight, but very few understand how its activity shifts depending on pH, buffering, and free acid availability inside the formula.

If you are not fully confident in how pH alters acid strength, how percentage relates to available acid, or why two 30 percent peels can produce completely different clinical outcomes… it is time to level up ⬆️

That is exactly why I created:
The Science of Chemical Peels 💥

Inside this masterclass we will break down:
🔬 The real relationship between pH and percentage and how it changes pe*******on and tissue response
🧠 How popular acids like glycolic, mandelic, salicylic and TCA actually behave in the skin
📊 How molecular size influences diffusion but does not act alone
🧴 How to intelligently layer peels without guessing
🧬 Which acids are most appropriate for acne, melasma, rosacea, pigment irregularities, and aging skin
✨ How to pair peels with other modalities safely and strategically

⭐️ This class is NOT over any particular brand ⭐️
This class is about physiology, chemistry, and sharpening your clinical judgment so you can think independently in your treatment room. When you understand behavior, you are no longer dependent on a label.

Comment PEEL for a direct link to this class 🪄

So many chemical peels are misunderstood because we are only taught the basics. We learn brand protocols, steps, and percentages but we are rarely taught acid behavior, chemistry, or what is actually happening in the skin once that solution touches it.

If you do not understand how pH changes acid activity, how percentage interacts with free acid availability, or why two peels with the same percentage can behave completely differently…then let’s change that !!

That is exactly why I created this upcoming masterclass:
The Science of Chemical Peels 🧪

In this masterclass we will break down:
👨‍🔬The true relationship between pH and percentage and how it alters pe*******on and response
👩‍🔬How different acids behave in the skin and why molecular size is only part of the story
🧑‍🔬How to layer different peels
👨🏻‍🔬Which peels are best suited for acne, melasma, rosacea, pigment, and aging skin
👩🏾‍🔬How to combine peels with other modalities

This is not for any specific brand. This will be about physiology, chemistry, and clinical decision making so you can think independently in your treatment room.

I’m used to the comments
“You have no idea what you’re talking about.”
“You’re going to ruin their face.”

But what’s always missing is a full scientific explanation of why my theory works on ALL the faces of my clients even though according to them “I’m wrong” 🙂

Give me the mechanism, the physiology. Tell me why my methods continue to work over and over again.

Because while some people argue in theory, I have before and afters that exist in real life.

If your science does not translate clinically, it is incomplete.

Keep learning, friends. It is the only way.

Results do not come from one facial, one skinpen session, one peel or one perfect product ☝🏻

Results come from repetition.

The skin responds to what it comes into contact with over and over again. Barrier repair, pigment regulation, collagen signaling, and inflammation control are cumulative processes, never one time events.

A consistent, customized (for your skin) routine trains the skin to function differently. When products are used correctly and repeatedly, the skin adapts, stabilizes, and improves.

Good skincare & consistent habits will change your life 🤍

I offer virtual consultations for anyone needing help with their skincare regimen and we also do consultations in person as well ! You can book either through the link in my bio 🔗 See you soon !!
