Standard Instructions for group food ordering:
1️⃣ Place your order online, using "CADET" and LAST NAME
- Please DO NOT use Cadet Delivery as the name
- Please ensure the last name is the cadet's last name (if names are different).
2️⃣ Select 4:30 MST pick-up time.
- Please make sure you select Mountain Standard time
3️⃣ Fill out the NEW 2026 Google Order Doc: available here!

4️⃣ Send a screenshot with the order number via DM or text to 660-624-0172.
- Order number is needed in case the name does not match. The order number is typically included in the confirmation email you receive after your order is accepted.
- Please send the order info to your cadet!
💸 $10 Delivery Fee (Select Group Food Service on order form)
⚠️ Deadline: Orders must be placed by 3:30pm MST (1530) on delivery day!
🕝 Estimated delivery time to Arnold Hall: 5:20 - 5:45 pm (or 1730/1745). Please note that delivery times are approximate; I will do my best to arrive at Arnold Hall as quickly as possible after picking up the orders.
- Preppies will need to be present at the time of delivery to receive their orders.

⚠️ Deadline: Please order by midnight, Saturday, February 28th
🕑 Pick-up time: 12:00pm (select 12:00pm - 1:00pm time slot)
🕝 Estimated Grocery delivery is 1:30pm to Arnold Hall.
** Please list Cadet Delivery, and use CadetDeliveryService@gmail.com for the alternate pick-up person

2️⃣ Request bags with your order and consider how much your cadet can carry! Please place the order under the cadet's last name! No refrigerated or frozen goods allowed unless you can pick up from Arnold Hall at the estimated delivery time!

**General Delivery Process:** I will pick up your order from the designated location at the scheduled pickup time and deliver it to Richter Lounge inside Arnold Hall. There is a designated delivery area in Richter Lounge. If your cadet cannot meet at the delivery time, they can pick up their order from the delivery shelf later that evening. For Prep School, your Cadet Candidate will meet in person at the estimated delivery time!
