Tonight’s menu = BJ’s-style Avocado Rolls 🥑✨

Air fried in my Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven and they turned out SO good — crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside.

Honestly?
Rolling the egg roll wrappers wasn’t nearly as hard as I thought it would be. If I can do it with a big bandage on my hand, anyone can 😂

The air fryer makes them perfectly crisp without the mess of deep frying — and clean up is a breeze.
