A lovely sound bath led by Gigi to follow the ecstatic dance.

The new yoga schedule for Manitou Springs is out and weather permitting, let’s do yoga outside! Join me Fridays at 10am in Schryver Park at 300 Garden of the Gods Place. There’s free parking there too. I’ll be teaching gentle accessible yoga in the trees by the stream. If you’re an advanced yogi or maybe just starting your yoga journey, my classes are suited for all as I teach variations, and options and it’s all about tuning into the body to see what it needs.
The other instructors on the schedule are wonderful too, so we hope to see you!
