It needs:
✔ Smart movement
✔ Progressive strength
✔ Load tolerance
✔ Patience

If you’ve been afraid to move because of your back, this is your reminder: movement is medicine!

Massage guns have become a recovery staple, but most people don’t actually know how they work

They use percussive therapy to:
✔ Increase local blood flow
✔ Stimulate the nervous system
✔ Temporarily reduce muscle tension
✔ Improve short-term mobility

If you use one daily, you may notice:
• Reduced muscle soreness
• Improved warm-up quality
• Better movement prep

But you must remember it’s a tool... not a fix.

It doesn’t replace strength training, mobility work, or proper rehab! Use it intentionally, not aggressively!
