We concluded our “Heart Healthy” month of February. We had residents keep track of all their healthy activities/exercise for the month. We had a winner who exercised every day of the month! Congratulations to all our residents for loving their hearts! ❤️

Here at Melody Independent Living we love to get out and enjoy all Colorado Springs has to offer! Today a lovely group of ladies experienced the wonderful High Tea at the Miramont Castle’s Queen’s Parlour Tea Room. We had a great time and highly recommend this trip!

Our residents in independent living have really been enjoying our new Virtual Reality program! We climbed Mount Everest and then interacted with some animals for our animal lovers. It’s a great way to try something new and exciting and travel virtually around the world!

Happy Valentine’s Day from Melody Living! Our independent living residents celebrated it well. Starting with our single seniors going to Mason Law’s brunch and bingo for fun and ending with our couples enjoying an intimate sweetheart special event. Love was in the air! ❤️
