Today marks the 6th Anniversary of Daily Dietetics! I am so thankful for each and every client/patient I have helped! Who’s in need of some Monday motivation?? 🙋‍♀️
I don’t know about y’all, but for me Mondays are always the hardest day of the week to get back in to my routine. Sometimes you enjoy the weekend a little too much 🍷, get off of your workout routine, or overindulge in the weekend diet🍕🍔. But the best part is that it’s never too late to jump back in to it!
If your motivation level is at a 0 right now try doing little things to help get you back to where you were. Such as...
- Drink water and stay hydrated!
- Go on a walk in your neighborhood...still counts as “social distancing” 👍🏻
- Dust off some old cookbooks or flip through and try out some new recipes
Remember, the hardest step is always the first one.
