She and her staff all attended CIMT-Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. CIMT is one of the top rated Neuromuscular Based Education schools in the country. Prenatal, Myofascial Release and Lymphatic Drainage. Carolyn takes most all insurance and handles the billing for you.

Exciting News!
To better serve you and reduce paper waste, we are now updating all health histories and other forms electronically.
We are currently emailing out your health history 3 days prior to your next massage. Please fill these forms out before you come in for your appointment. We apologize if we have sent duplicates.
Another option is to come early to fill out
your health history on our iPad.
If you haven’t received the form, please call our clinic at
719-229-9235 to make sure we have the correct email on file.
Please note: Starting November 3rd, your massage will not begin until the health history form is completed in our clinic.
