🐣 Easter Egg Hunt with Residents and Families

Our Saturday was filled with laughter, and springtime fun as we hosted our Easter egg hunt for residents and their families. Our residents played a special role in making the day magical by helping hide over 500 colorful Easter eggs. ✨🩷

Families gathered together, searching high and low for hidden treasures. 👀 Our local firemen stopped by to say hi to the residents and kids. 👨‍🚒 But the highlight of the day was a special visit from the Easter Bunny, who hopped in for photos with the kids 🐰📸, making memories that will be cherished by all. It was a wonderful day of community, connection, and celebration.

A little time can mean the world. 🌎

April is Volunteer Month, and we are celebrating the amazing people of all ages who share their time with our residents. From calling bingo to painting nails 💅, performing music 🎵 to simply sitting and chatting, our volunteers bring an essential joy and connection to our community.

🌵👢We kicked up our heels at a lively Western Birthday Bash to celebrate our March birthdays! 🥳🎂 Residents enjoyed great music by the Hot Boots Band/ Melange and filled the room with joy during our fun, festive afternoon. It was a toe-tappin’, hat-tippin’ good time celebrating in true Western style! 🏜️🐎

✝️ Today, we were delighted to welcome Johnny Hall & One Voice who shared the beautiful story of Easter with our residents. The heartfelt storytelling brought meaning and reflection to the day, followed by a joyful sing-along filled with familiar songs that had everyone smiling and joining in. 🎶

It was a wonderful time of music, fellowship, and celebration as we embraced the spirit of Easter together. 🎹

What better way could there be to celebrate the first day of spring but to go for our first hike of 2026 to Castlewood Canyon State Park?! ⛰️

🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️We had 18 residents as part of The Happy Wanders Hiking Club come with us for a beautiful hike at Castlewood Canyon State Park. We enjoyed a picnic lunch, fresh air, scenic canyon views, and great company along the trail. 😄

We had the most magical 10th anniversary celebration honoring Christine, our Executive Director! 🦄

The afternoon was filled with laughter and joy, complete with entertainment that kept everyone smiling. Residents enjoyed relaxing chair massages 💆‍♀️, a little fun with colorful hair glitter, and of course, delicious sparkly cupcakes. ✨ The room sparkled with happiness and appreciation as we celebrated a decade of Christine’s leadership, kindness, and dedication. Thank you, Christine, for bringing rainbows, unicorns, and sparkles into our community every single day — we are so grateful for you! 🌈
