⭐ Role: Staff Lead – Falcon Location
Toni originally stepped in as a part-time fill-in — and overnight that role turned into full-time! Over the past 6+ years, she has become such an important part of our Alpine Vision family and now serves as the Staff Lead at our Falcon location, helping guide and support her team every day.
💬 Favorite Part of the Job:
Toni loves working with people and getting to learn about new products. Helping patients find the right fit while continuing to grow her knowledge is what keeps her passionate about what she does.
💡 Something She Wishes People Knew:
Mishaps can happen — but there is always a resolution. Toni is committed to finding solutions and making sure every patient is taken care of.
❤️ Favorite Memory:
When Toni lost her mom, the love and support she and her entire family received from the doctors, managers, and coworkers meant everything. The way the team came together reminded her that Alpine Vision is more than a workplace — it’s family.
