Thai Yoga Bodywork is a form of movement and energy therapy. Clients are fully clothed and experience acupressure, joint mobilization, assisted stretching, compression work, and manipulation of the bodies soft tissue. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation and rejuvenation in one's physical, mental, and emotional well being. This work is beneficial for all including pregnancy, fertility, and those experiencing chronic discomfort and pain. Thai Bodywork is also an excellent compliment to athletic training and physical therapy. Reach out with any questions regarding Thai Bodywork and how it can benefit your needs/interests. christina@restorativehealing.com.com or 719-422-9642

Our lives are enriched beyond measure by having access to the many libraries in the Pikes Peak Library District. Each library provides endless hours of entertainment and education, they are a portal of imagination and exploration, they have resources and services to benefit everyone. They serve us and they also bring us together and get us involved in our community.
We send immense gratitude to the Pikes Peak Library District for bringing community together by offering to host a drive for Hygiene Products during the month of September!! Head on over to your closest library in the Pikes Peak Region and donate a hygiene item to benefit the people One Nation Walking Together serves. We are ever so grateful to each of you for your kindhearted support!

We need your help to fill our 53-foot semi-truck! Our next truck will bring much needed items to The Lower Brule Indian Reservation to aid the Lower BrulΓ© Lakota Tribe.

Over 40 percent of the population on the reservation lives in impoverished conditions. Many tribal members lack access to employment opportunities or an acceptable quality of basic services. More than 2 out of 3 are jobless and residents annual income is one third of the national average. There are no grocery stores within the reservation, tribal members often rely on food from the local gas station. The conditions are challenging and your help is greatly needed. Take a look at our needs list. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions about the goods you would like to donate, please call us before bringing your items, 719-329-0251. There is nothing more difficult for us than having to turn away donations because we don't have the room to store them or a particular category is full in our warehouse. Please note, we do not have the staffing to repair items or to wash and clean items. We appreciate you taking the time to ensure your donations are in working order and clean-without stains, tears, or pet hair. Thank you for your kindness and consideration!

You may drop off your donations Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 9:00am-3:00pm.

To help us continue sending shipments of these vital items please consider a monthly or one time donation www.onenationwt.org or mail your donation to ONWT/3150 N. Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. No amount is too small to change a life. Thank you for your caring heart.
