Quantum shifting

Thank you to those that have reached out to make sure my family and I are good.

Gratefully, yes, we are doing much better.

I want to express my take on friendships, personally and professionally.

My perspective: Life happens, yet genuine friendship doesn’t drain, it waters.

Sometimes that looks like conversation.

Sometimes it looks like silence.

Both can be sacred.

Friendship isn’t always a balance of positive versus negative as it’s often simply BEING.

There are moments when I may be unable to connect, not from lack of care, but from a desire not to burden others while we are each growing in our own ways.

Silence doesn’t mean absence.

Distance doesn’t mean disconnection.

Also quieter seasons don’t erase devotion.

Every connection, whether brief or expansive, expressive or quiet, can be preserved when it is mutual and rooted in compassion, kindness, patience, tolerance, and respect.

Just finished cleaning up with renewed energy and disinfecting the space and caring for my child.

I've been as agile as an octopus, multitasking with finesse and handling business.
