Governor's Budget and LTSS Sustainability Actions Listening Session #2
OCL invites stakeholders to attend the second in a series of three listening sessions to share their feedback on the Sustainability Actions announced on October 31st. These sessions are an opportunity for LTSS community members to provide input directly to OCL leadership and key staff who are implementing the new sustainability actions.
Listening Session #2 will focus on the following LTSS Sustainability Actions:
Residential Habilitation negotiated rate tool
Enrollment changes for the DD waiver
Align member cost of care contribution in the DD waiver
CO single assessment tool
Tuesday, December 2, 2025
8 to 9 a.m.
Register via Zoom

We know that many of you are hoping to share your thoughts with OCL Leadership during this session, but we also realize that with the number of attendees registered that we will not be able to accommodate speaking time for everyone.
We also understand that not everyone attending is planning to offer their comments.
As a result, in an effort to be as fair as possible, we will be creating a lottery ahead of each session to select which stakeholders will be granted speaking time during the meeting.
➡️🔗 In order to achieve this, we ask that any of you who are interested in speaking during the second session, please let us know about your interest using this form before Monday, December 1 at 10 a.m.

On Monday at 10 a.m., we will submit all interested submissions into the lottery and select 20 people to be allotted a maximum of 2 minutes each to speak. We will also select 15 backups, in case those selected do not attend or take less than 2 minutes. Once the lottery selections have been made, we will notify everyone who expressed interest if they were selected or not so they can properly prepare.
Prior to each listening session, everyone registered for the next session will be contacted via email ahead of time to remind them of this process and to sign up for the lottery.
Finally, please remember that anyone can continue to submit their comments to the HCPF Office of Community Living - Governor's Budget Announcement - Stakeholder Comment Form.

We actively read and review all comments and have incorporated the key themes into a summary document outlining stakeholder feedback.
