While building his referral-based practice, Dr. Burroughs, a cosmetic plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience, observed there were too many inadequately, or even poorly, supervised spas providing cosmetic services. In an effort to provide a more comprehensive and full-service aesthetics practice to help patients not ready for surgery still achieve their aesthetic goals or for those having surgery to achieve quicker recovery and higher outcomes, Dr. Burroughs opened Springs Aesthetics Medical Spa. The Medical Spa, supervised by Dr. Burroughs himself, compliments cosmetic surgical recovery by providing complimentary bruise treatments to speed healing and other helpful adjuncts such as lymphatic massage, cover-up makeup, and offering medical grade skincare to compliment surgical results and protect the important investments patients make for their appearance.
Our Springs Aesthetics Medical Spa offers a wide range of procedures to address all of your needs and concerns including: Dermalinfusion Serum Facial and other Skin Treatments; Chemical peels; Non-invasive skin tightening; Cellulite and Fat reduction; Intense-pulsed light photofacials and treatment of the hands, arms, and decollete; Laser hair removal; Wrinkle blocker and Filler injections; Laser skin resurfacing; Radio-frequency skin resurfacing safe for even darker skin types; Feminine wellness rejuvenation to help with vaginal dryness, laxity, l***a appearance, stress urinary incontinence, and dysorgasmia; Microneedling; Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for hair restoration and skin rejuvenation; Lash extensions; and Expert cosmetic and medical grade skin care and cosmetics advice. In addition to Dr. Burroughs, who is the Medical Director for Springs Aesthetics, we have Stephanie Rabines who is our Master Esthetician, and is the primary provider of the spa services. Additionally, Dr. Burroughs team of clinical assistants also have training on the spa equipment and medical grade skincare products. Springs Aesthetics is also proud to have Melissa Payton, LPN as our nurse injector. Melissa, is a highly trained LPN by profession with over 14 years of nursing experience. Melissa is a leader and certified in all Laser treatments, medical grade facials and ThermiVA (Feminine Wellness/Vaginal Rejuvenation) therapy. Her skills include working in both a surgical and non-surgical setting. Her area of expertise is in non-surgical treatments including Thread Lift, Dermal Fillers and Botulinum Toxins to aid in minimizing the aging process.
