Colorado Springs Neurological Associates (CSNA) was founded in 1959 and today is the largest, most experienced neuroscience practice in Southern Colorado.

We’re an experienced group of neurologists, neurosurgeons, neurophysiologists, and pain management specialists working in concert to provide superior neurological testing, evaluation, interpretation, and treatment to people living throughout Southern Colorado. CSNA’s infusion center provides comprehensive, skilled nursing services for patients undergoing outpatient diagnostic and therapeutic intravenous procedures. The research department at Colorado Springs Neurological Associates was established in 2011.In addition to clinical trials, we generate our own research ideas and develop protocols to answer scientific questions. Many of these projects have resulted in research poster presentations in Barcelona, Paris, London, Stockholm, Dubai, Santiago (Chile), and Hong Kong. We’re excited to welcome Brigid McCabe, OTD, OTR/L to our team! Dr. McCabe specializes in occupational therapy with a focus on brain injuries, strokes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injuries, vestibular rehab, and neurological visual rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful goals and regain independence.

Starting this Monday, September 8th, Colorado Springs' only fellowship trained MS Specialist, Dr. Lindgren, will be at our North Creek location for a 3-week rotation. He’s looking forward to working alongside our MRI, Infusion, Neuropsychology, and Therapy teams during this time and collaborating closely to provide comprehensive care for our patients.

At CSNA, we’re proud of the teamwork across all our locations, and this rotation is another example of how our providers connect with multiple departments to support the best possible patient outcomes and comprehensive care.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve opened limited Saturday MRI slots in 2025 to better serve our patients’ schedules. Thanks to strong interest, we’re planning to expand and roll out a full Saturday MRI schedule in 2026. At CSNA, we’re committed to making advanced neurological care more accessible and convenient for our community.
