Colorado Springs Neurological Associates Colorado Springs Neurological Associates (CSNA) was founded in 1959 and today is the largest, most experienced neuroscience practice in Southern Colorado.

We’re an experienced group of neurologists, neurosurgeons, neurophysiologists, and pain management specialists working in concert to provide superior neurological testing, evaluation, interpretation, and treatment to people living throughout Southern Colorado. CSNA’s infusion center provides comprehensive, skilled nursing services for patients undergoing outpatient diagnostic and therapeutic intravenous procedures. The research department at Colorado Springs Neurological Associates was established in 2011.In addition to clinical trials, we generate our own research ideas and develop protocols to answer scientific questions. Many of these projects have resulted in research poster presentations in Barcelona, Paris, London, Stockholm, Dubai, Santiago (Chile), and Hong Kong.
