Hello! My name is Maria Rolland, Welcome to Brave Journeys Counseling!
I recognize that showing up and doing the work, is a brave act. Therapy is a place to find courage for your personal journey and tools to help you overcome challenges.
Currently, I have a few available spots for individuals on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I see clients in person, telehealth, or a hybrid of both. Currently, I am accepting self-pay clients on a sliding scale but am in the process of accepting insurance. Primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. And I am a CAMS-certified clinician!
