Simplicity , leisure , enjoying the goods of life. Take gratitude through it all. All the ups and downs much like the trails we ride or hike are like the waves of life.
You must take pleasure in them both to find the balance and true bliss of what life has to offer. During your highs , don’t forget what got you out of the lows and keep those principles in check.
As you know Jason and I (Aimee) are holistic health advocates, from the foods we eat, the words we speak and the care we take to rebuild our body temple. Each day we carve out time in life and our vacations to still do the principles that got us here. Find grounding to your every day and go and go by techniques such as meditation, stretching , whole healthy foods , quiet time as examples on your vacations. Find the time that built your foundation and stick with it to allow those years of fun 🤩 keep on flowing .
