This week we’re celebrating Rosa Falu — an amazing creative woman with deep Puerto Rican roots who has turned reinvention into a whole superpower. 🇵🇷✨
Rosa first joined Goosebumps for body sculpting and skin tightening, and that self-care routine helped her feel more centered, confident, and fearless — the fuel she needed to restart several chapters of her life.
In the last 16 months she’s:
🎬 launched her own independent production company
📽️ watched her written work come alive
🎤 spoken on industry panels
✨ AND walked multiple red carpets (yes, we’re obsessed)
Her wisdom for the rest of us:
“If you don’t take care of you and choose joy, you are cheating yourself. Don’t let anything limit you — especially your own mind.”
Rosa’s films are now in post-production, and her own project is aiming for a spring completion — with hopes for a local screening. You know we’ll be there cheering.

What does audacity look like to you?
For us—it looks like Bonnie Edmonson. 💙

At 81 years young, Bonnie drives an hour and a half from Fairplay, Colorado twice a month for her “spa days” — whole-body cryo, red light therapy, and compression therapy.

But Bonnie doesn’t come here just to recover. She comes because she lives fully.

Born in Greeley and raised in El Paso County, Bonnie has built a life of determination, humor, and heart. She’s been a Postmaster in Hartsel for 16 years, a volunteer firefighter, a victim advocate for nearly two decades, and even served as Mayor of Fairplay.
These days, she keeps her calendar just as full — spending time with her husband, daughters, and grandkids while running her thriving dog-sitting business that’s built entirely on love, trust, and the same care she’s always shown people. 🐾

What makes her story even more remarkable?
Bonnie grew up undiagnosed with dyslexia — yet built her entire career around reading, writing, and leading. She didn’t learn she was dyslexic until 37, when her daughter was diagnosed.
Instead of letting that define her, she turned it into her superpower.

Ask her what she’s learned through it all, and she’ll smile and say:
“Be yourself. Your self will shine. Finding out who you are will help you grow.”

Bonnie, thank you for showing us what true strength looks like — the kind that keeps showing up, keeps laughing, and keeps lighting up the room.

This 9-year-old lady, Jewels, had been feeling tired and acting sore all over. Generally a good massage from mom and she is feeling better. She needed a little extra love in her elbows this time. Thank you for giving her back her s***k. She has been back to playing follow the leader.

This week’s Saturday Shoutout goes to our dear friend Larry Danforth! 💙🌍

Larry’s been part of the Goosebumps family for over five years, always surprising us with flowers and a custom travel calendar from his adventures — Namibia, Brazil, the Amazon, Paris, and more! 🌸📸

He first came to Goosebumps after tearing a ligament in his hand — and yes, a Bronx Zoo kangaroo convinced him to try cryo! 🦘

After three localized sessions, the pain faded, and a year of whole body cryo helped restore comfort and mobility. Now, Larry keeps inflammation in check with compression therapy for neuropathy — getting 36 hours of relief after each session. 🙌
A retired Air Force member, devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Larry also serves as Course Director for the Sertoma HEARS 5K, raising funds for hearing health and affordable hearing aids in El Paso County. 🦻💙
