Poor ankle mobility keeping you from achieving your squat goals? Wedges can be a great tool to perform a squat while improving your ankle and foot stability.
Pro Tips:
⚡️Start with larger wedges, if needed, and move down to smaller as your ankle mobility improves
⚡️Hold squat at the bottom with a deep breath to increase the load and help solidify your ankle stability
⚡️Use charge plates, a hard book or other stable raised surfaces if wedges are available to accomplish the same goals
