My personal evolution inspired me to create the insomnia clinic. I've built the clinic to transform our understanding and approach to insomnia and create a clear path to solving the puzzle of poor sleep naturally. We specialize in helping you understand your sleep problem and identify specific solutions for restoring healthy natural sleep. We do this through brief educational workshops as well as one-on-one clinical treatment using our exclusive Guided Sleep Discovery® and Sleep Transformation® training programs. These programs are designed from scientifically-based non-medication procedures for retraining natural sleep systems usually referred to as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia or CBT-I.
