It was a tough year losing my sick father halfway thru, but I felt a lot of love coming my way, so many blessings abound despite the downs, and this doesn’t escape me… all I can say to you all is: Thank You to our amazing patients here at QLC. Im beyond honored to be recognized amongst my peers. Gratitude is felt. Hard work & passion pays off… I’m excited to see what the new year brings! Onward!

Many of you know, Dr. Blake has been rehabbing a shoulder injury the past week. He doesnt mind sharing this with his patients because he thinks it’s important for his patients to know: he’s a patient too! In addition to upping the frequency of his chiropractic adjustments from once a week to 3 times a week (one day he was adjusted twice the same day!), he has also leaned on the following therapies:

Pretty wild that some of his patients will roll their eyes and claim they “didn’t have time” to stretch or apply an ice pack for 15 min. We all have the same 24 hours in a day- you HAVE to make time. Injuries aren’t convenient to anybody! It comes down to: what are your priorities and what does your health mean to you!
