So excited to bring this handmade ceramic by Pita Carrasco into my massage office. Part of the joy of having my own space is the creative process of bringing in elements that help create a sacred and healing sanctuary. This small work of art adds so much love and beauty to the office. I hope everyone who sees it feels as touched and inspired as I do 💕

There are so many reasons why I love prenatal/postpartum massage. Number one is simply because it is a reminder of the amazing capacity of our bodies. I hold such reverence and awe for all mamas. You are phenomenal.
