Microneedling at home is not self care.
It’s self sabotage.

And some of the things I’m seeing in these groups? Genuinely terrifying.

People using unregulated devices.
Going way too deep because someone on the internet said to.
Dragging needles across inflamed acne.
No understanding of skin anatomy. No understanding of wound healing cascades.

Let me say this clearly:

Microneedling is a controlled injury.

When done correctly, at the right depth, in the right areas, on the right skin type, it stimulates healthy collagen and elastin production. It can improve acne, scarring, texture, fine lines, and even help regulate how the skin functions.

But when you go too deep… or needle in the wrong areas… or treat compromised skin…

You don’t get “more results.”

You get:

• Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation

If you’ve been in the studio, chances are you’ve met Ainsley, and you already know… she is a rock star.

Ainsley is truly the one who keeps everything flowing behind the scenes. She is confident, resourceful, intuitive in the way she communicates with clients, and always thinking one step ahead. She brings such a calm, supportive energy to the studio, and we are so thankful to have her on our team.

She is also the creative mind behind a lot of the social media content you see, and she puts so much heart into everything she does.

When she is not at the studio, you can usually find her at the gym or out on the golf course, which are two of her favorite ways to spend her time.

When we time waxing with the hair growth cycle, results improve dramatically. Hair becomes more synchronized, smoother, and often finer over time.
This is why we recommend staying on a schedule instead of waiting until the hair “feels long again.” Or “Fills back in”
Your skin responds to consistency.
Oh and don’t forget to EXFOLIATE!… but that’s for another post. lol. 😂🫶🏻
