Do you realize your chapters are still unfolding? 📕
For years, I leaned on modern psychology techniques. They helped manage labels of the past, but something was missing in the sessions. My clients would move just a bit but the old cycles love to stay in the old cycles. Clients often stuck, frustrated, and stuck in the matrix. Needing a fix, or a dopamine hit.

🥱 Tired of recycling information that only patches the surface?!?!?

Here’s what I’ve learned
🩸 you have to bleed
🩹 not just bandaid
Don’t try to cover it up or deter it.
Feel it!!!!
Even if it’s agonizing.
Not enough 🍷 🍻 will soothe
Or 💰, or s-x 🍎
will save or heal what has to bleed.

🦈 Swim with the sharks and too much blood attracts other sharks. 🍎 You will get bitten

There is a safer kind of healing.

Honor who you are right now. Honor if you are stuck. Honor if you are bored. Honor if you are busy. Surrender to what may be right now. Even surrender to the moment. This moment will not last. So expand in those moments that expand, teach, explore, reveal. Surrender to the moments that just bring on too much tension, gripping, desperation. For this all the moments allow love to come in. Love the emotion you are in no matter what. We are matter, we do matter, and we experience matter. Just move through it a little easier.
