Remember if you feel "revved" up at some point in the day whether due to a stressful meeting, deadline, feeling anxious about something, or whatever, cortisol is being released and it's SO important to release that from your body! Everyone has 60 seconds to shake it off, do jump squats, sprint in place, and stretch. There's power in the 60 seconds that can help you release. Pausing to do 10 belly breaths can reset and help you be in the parasympathetic and bounce back as needed. Incremental coping skills throughout the day, always including some sort of physical movement can make drastic improvements in how you feel and think overall:) I'm shaking it off right now!
