It has been a WHILE since you all have heard from me!!!!!

Please know I am good and trying my best to do me, being healthy and taking care of myself!

Today was one of those days! I went to got a massage and adjustment! Dr. Harllow off Academy (here In Springs) is absolutely amazing and soooo gentle! Her office will be moving....I'll update that soon!

As you all may know, I am extremely picky when it comes to getting a massage. Not because I am high maintenance, but because of my injuries and pains.

Today!!!! I met my match! Please meet Yvette!! Yvette is a native of Colorado been a massage therapist for 8years, specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, pregnancy, reflexology and sports massage, but her main focus for each client is assisting in there over all health and well being.....

Her prices are about the same and she offers memberships! She will be my "go to" from now on!!

Closing the spa was a hard choice but the life I will have after, is going to be amazing!!!!

Herbal Green Apotgecary will be my new business and where you'd be able to purchase skincare products online. The store front will still be here but this page will be closed down soon.
