Thanks to all of my lovely clients, I am reaching a point where I am starting to outgrow my current space. I have found a new and lovely space off of Academy and South Carefree, but the one downside is that it is on the second floor and there are no elevators. Would this be an issue for any of you, or for any of your friends or family you might refer to me?

Hi all, I have been working out here for the last several months and I love it! While massage is so incredible for healing your body, you also need to invest in your diet and exercise to really experience long term change. The workouts here are short, intense, and really incorporate the whole body. I love it because the exercises vary so much, and it feels like the most functional fitness program I've ever done.
