Easier said than done. At Sage Wellness, we view massage as a gentle way to support nervous system regulation. Each session invites the body into a state of rest and safety. With consistent care, many clients notice they relax more quickly on the table and begin to carry that calm with them long after they leave the studio. Over time, this helps the nervous system feel more settled, supported, and resilient in everyday life.
Getting a massage is always incredible, but we love to talk with our clients about how it’s in the consistency that we see actual change.

We are so in love with offering this studio to our q***r community and allies. It feels incredibly lucky and deeply honoring to host events, sell local products, and be part of a space where authenticity, and honesty are truly valued. Is there anything more important?

The longest night of the year invites us inward. ✨

Join us for a gentle Winter Solstice gathering with cacao, cards, reflection, and sound healing led by All Things Hair and Woo. This evening is an invitation to slow down, listen, and connect—without fixing or forcing anything.

Just space to arrive as you are.

🕯 What to bring:
• A journal + pen
• Whatever helps you feel comfortable sitting or laying down (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc.)
• A mug for cacao (tea and water will also be available)
