Wellness Wednesday: The positive experience of yesterday’s patient
“Dear Team BDC,
Thank you so much for all the care and support you gave me. I want to take this opportunity to thank your entire team for treating me so beautifully. I genuinely felt accompanied and supported throughout the whole experience.
You treated me in such an incredible way, and what could have been something that caused me enormous panic and trauma turned into a beautiful and rewarding experience. So I want to sincerely say “Thank you!” to all of you. I am deeply grateful.
I would also like to share some updates about what I have experienced in my body since the tooth extraction. The first thing I noticed — and what worried me the most before — was the sharp pain I used to feel in my heart area after eating. As of now, it has completely disappeared.
I have also noticed that my anxiety has completely gone away. In fact, my family keeps asking me, “Who are you? You seem like a different person.” I feel very calm, very peaceful. That has been something very positive for me.
I also experienced something else: I had been suffering from significant scalp pain, and that has completely disappeared as well. I have not had any pain at all in the extraction area, and I have not needed to take anything other than the natural homeopathic medication you provided.
I want to emphasize how important your Instagram presence has been for me. The openness with which you share patient experiences, film procedures, and communicate transparently gave me enormous trust and confidence to choose you. Seeing how honest and educational you are on social media made my decision much easier.
Additionally, the fact that you clearly provide pricing information online is something I deeply appreciate. Most clinics do not do this, which makes the decision process much more difficult. Your transparency made everything feel safer, clearer, and more respectful for patients like me who are searching for the right place.
The only bad thing is that after my last visit this March 9th, I will miss you all very much.
