Are grains, healthy? They are better than eating gluten, however, the best option would be to go grain-free.
The reason why is -> they can hold a lot of water, sometimes they are laden with hidden sources of mold ❌
Whole grains sometimes can be perceived in the body as an envelope filled with sugar inside, and they are often soaked in small amounts of arsenic, which can be toxic to the body in high amounts. Arsenic is what’s used to keep rodents from damaging the whole crop, and it is toxic to humans when consumed in high levels. 😖
