Labeling emotions isn’t about overanalyzing, it’s about creating space to notice, regulate, and respond with compassion instead of reaction.

This year, the World Federation for Mental Health highlights “Access to Services – Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies.” The 2025 theme reminds us that in times of crisis and uncertainty, our mental well-being matters more than ever.
