Norovirus is surging! Hand sanitizers don't kill the virus. Instead, wash with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Clean surfaces with HOCl or bleach (alcohol based cleaners aren't great for this purpose either). Foods that are more often infected: Shellfish, raw greens and fruits, as well as prepared/prepackaged foods.
