Help us wish our second shift PCA, Brayden, a HAPPY BIRTHDAY today! 🎉

Brayden is a senior at Columbia City High School, and after graduation, he plans to attend Ivy Tech to study business. He has always been interested in business because of the many different career paths and opportunities it offers. His favorite part about working here at Oak Pointe is getting to hear each resident’s life story. He finds their experiences fascinating and inspiring, and says it brings him so much joy and happiness.

Join us for our annual Easter Egg Hunt TODAY, Monday, April 6th at 6 pm. The Easter Egg Hunt will start at 6 pm so please arrive early. The hunt will be at our skilled nursing facility located at 411 N. Wolf Rd., Columbia City.
