We had so many Easter coloring pages turned in for our Easter coloring contest. The residents and staff had a hard time picking just one winner for each age group!

Congratulations to our lucky artists. We hope to see more art work in the years to come!

Join us for our annual Easter Egg Hunt TOMORROW, Monday, April 6th at 6 pm. The Easter Egg Hunt will start at 6 pm so please arrive early. The hunt will be at our skilled nursing facility located at 411 N. Wolf Rd., Columbia City.

After the hunt we will have games, snacks, and pictures with the Easter Bunny at our assisted living campus located at 413 N. Wolf Rd., Columbia City.

For ages 12 and below! We hope to see you then! ✨🐣🐰

Happy National Doctors' Day to our Medical Director, Dr. Christopher Baltes! 🩺 Although Dr. Baltes has only been with Miller's for a short while, residents enjoy seeing him and he puts a smile on a lot of their faces. Thank you, Dr. Baltes, for all you do for us!

Rebecca "Becky" May was at Miller's for a short-term rehab stay. Becky said, "My stay was excellent, excellent, absolutely excellent! Chaz, Vicki, and Riza were very attentive to me! If I had to come back, I will definitely would come back to Miller's at Oak Pointe!"

At Miller's at Oak Pointe, staff, family, and resident meet to review medications, overall care, and well being during our Care Plan meetings. We discuss any and all concerns. All residents have Care Plan meetings. Staff members are invited and include: Nursing, Social Service, Dietary, Activities, Office Manager.
