We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk / Optical Checkout Position to be the welcoming face (and friendly final impression!) of our practice right here in Columbia City, IN!

If you're a team player with fantastic customer service skills, a knack for organization, and the ability to manage financial details in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:
• Efficiently manage patient checkout and payments (Processing payments, understanding insurance benefits).
• Handle billing, financial inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient records (EHR) while strictly following HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with our incredible team of doctors, opticians, and technicians!
