✨ Important Cancellation Policy Update – Effective Immediately ✨

To continue providing quality care while respecting my time and availability, I’ve updated my cancellation policy. Please read carefully:

🔹 48-Hour Notice
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

🔹 36-Hour Notice
Cancellations made within 36 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service total.

🔹 Replacement Option
You are always welcome to send someone in your place.
If your appointment slot is filled, no cancellation fee will apply.

🔹 Card on File / Deposit Requirement
• All clients will be asked to keep a card on file beginning at their next visit.
• New clients will be required to place a 50% deposit to reserve their appointment.

These changes are effective immediately and help ensure fairness, consistency, and availability for everyone.
