So excited for this one! Come join us for a donation-based Vin Yin. You can expect a fun, flowy first half of practice followed by a more mellow, restorative second half! All proceeds will go to our friends at Land to Hand Montana. Thank you for all you do!

Land to hand supports local farmers and our community by providing affordable access to local and nutritious food for seniors, school children and families with limited means 🍓🥑🍎🥕

✨Feeling incredibly humbled, honored, and—honestly—and still shocked! ✨

I’m beyond grateful to have been honored this year for the Flathead Valley’s 20 Under 40 Award and recently found out I was voted as one of the Top 5 Best Physical Therapists during the Best of The Flathead. To be recognized among such an inspiring, talented, and driven group of professionals & clinicians is something I never expected and will never take for granted.

I am truly inspired by the other 20 Under 40 winners—their drive, creativity, and commitment to this community motivates me to keep pushing forward, making my mark, and giving back to the place I love so much. We are lucky to live and work in a valley full of purpose-driven people who care deeply about making it better.. and I feel incredibly humbled to be among one of the honorees.

This community is filled with incredible leaders who work every day to make a difference. I’m proud to stand alongside so many people I admire, and I want to give a huge shoutout to the other winners—your work is making waves, and it’s an honor to be counted among you.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, trusted me with their care, and encouraged me along the way. You’re the reason I get to do what I love every day. Yay! Our next community wellness event is coming up held at our physical and occupational therapy clinic in Columbia Falls.

and are so excited to announce their next community wellness event! Join them on Monday August 11th for a 45-minute VinYin yoga class led by Tanner, followed by a 45-minute sound bath with Heidi.

🧘‍♀️VinYin is a combination of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. We start with the movement and dynamic flow of Vinyasa and easy in to passive, longer holds that are often practiced with Yin.

🕊️ Using bowls and chimes, this sound bath stimulates the vagus nerve to relax the body, quiets the mind, and provides safety for the nervous system. 

We cannot wait to share the evening with you!
