Glacier PT is hosting the May Coffee with the Chamber on Cinco de Mayo (May 5th). We are so excited to meet you, show you our space and answer any questions about what we offer our clients.

During CranioSacral Awareness Month I want to talk about what CST does and how it can help you. Our nervous system controls everything in our bodies and illnesses, injuries and even emotional trauma can disrupt the delicate balance within us, resulting in pain and suffering. The CranioSacral therapist uses their highly trained hands to assist with restoring balance and flow in your nervous system that leads to improved functioning of all of your systems, improving your health and vitality.

CST is a gentle, hands on manipulation of your nervous system that acts as a facilitator for your body to heal. Indications for CranioSacral include chronic headaches, TMJ, post concussion symptoms, GI problems, anxiety or feeling stuck emotionally, fibromyalgia or other widespread pain and so much more.

Our bodies store physical and emotional energy that can lead to pain, tightness and emotionally feeling stuck. CranioSacral therapy helps you release that energy so that you can move and function better.

CranioSacral therapy has been a key part of my practice for many years and has helped hundreds of clients overcome chronic conditions and improve their lives.

Happy New Year!!!

I want to wish everyone a happy and healthy 2026 and say a little about me. I’m Erik Digby, an Osteopathic trained physical therapist. I specialize in treating tough cases. I have helped hundreds, if not thousands of people overcome their chronic pain. I use my skills to find and treat the root cause of someone’s problems. It’s getting down to the deepest layers of restriction and release them that allows you to finally overcome your pain and make gains. Then we get to work on getting you back to your highest level.

As you can see, you can find me outside most of the time. 😁 My wife and I love to cross country ski, hike, bike, kayak and travel.
