"My A1C was 'fine.' But my p***s knew the truth."

🩸 Roger came to me complaining of gradual decline over several years. Slower to get hard. Not as firm. Sometimes losing it mid-act.

He'd been to his primary care doctor. Blood work was "normal." He was told it was just age.

But something didn't add up.

I dug deeper. Roger had a family history of diabetes. His fasting glucose was normal, but his post-meal spikes were high. His A1C was 5.9 — technically "pre-diabetic" but usually ignored.

Here's what happens: High blood sugar damages the tiny blood vessels and nerves in the p***s long before it shows up in standard tests. Roger wasn't "old" — he was vascularly damaged.

We got strict with diet. Low carb. Intermittent fasting. Some key supplements (berberine, alpha-lipoic acid).

Six months later, his A1C was 5.2 — and his er****ons were back to his 40s.

If you have family history of diabetes, or you're carrying extra weight around the middle,

📩 DM me "BLOOD." Your p***s might be telling you something your doctor missed.

The 60-second trick that stops performance anxiety in its tracks.

🧘‍♂️ You're in the moment. Things are starting to happen. And then – BAM – that thought hits:

"Don't lose it. Please don't lose it."

And just like that, you're losing it.

This is the anxiety loop. And it happens because your brain has gone into "threat mode." Your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) is activated – which is the exact opposite of what you need for an er****on (parasympathetic, "rest and digest").

Here's a trick I teach my patients:

The 60-Second Pause.

When you feel that anxiety spike, stop what you're doing. Take a breath. Then shift your focus entirely to sensation – not performance. Feel her skin. Listen to her breathing. Focus on giving pleasure, not proving anything.

It sounds simple, but it rewires the brain. It tells your nervous system: "We're safe. We're not being tested. We're just here."

Try it. Tonight.

If anxiety has been running the show for too long,

📩 DM me "ANXIETY." I'll walk you through the full protocol – the same one I give my patients.

Most men with ED don’t actually have a ‘plumbing’ problem. They have a communication problem between the brain and the body. Here’s how to fix the signal.

I’ve spent 10 years studying male confidence. It’s rarely about the size of your paycheck.

My patient asked me yesterday: ‘Doc, is 4 inches really enough for most women?’ Here’s what the data actually says.

Premature ej*******on isn’t about being ‘too excited.’ It’s about losing control of a specific muscle. Let me show you.

⚡️ Most men think PE is all in their head – “I’m just too sensitive.”

But here’s the physiological truth:
The pelvic floor muscles act as the “brake” for ej*******on. If those muscles are weak or out of control, the brake fails.

Think of it like this: You wouldn’t blame a car for accelerating too fast if the brakes are broken.

The good news: You can strengthen and train that brake.

Here’s a simple test: Next time you p*e, try to stop the flow midstream. If you can’t, or it dribbles, your pelvic floor needs work.

I’ve designed a 5-minute daily routine that helps men gain real control.

🔐 DM me “CONTROL” and I’ll share the routine with you – no charge, just science.
