At South Carolina Oncology Associates, our High-Risk Breast Cancer Program is designed to help women understand their individual risk and take proactive steps toward early detection and prevention.

You may be considered higher risk if you have:
• 🎗️ A family history of breast or ovarian cancer
• 🧬 A BRCA1, BRCA2, or other genetic mutation
• 🩻 Dense breast tissue on mammogram
• 🔬 A prior abnormal breast biopsy (ADH or LCIS)
• 📊 A lifetime breast cancer risk of 20% or higher
• ⚕️ Prior chest radiation at a young age

If any of these apply to you, our team is here to guide you through your next steps with clarity and compassion.
