"After prostate surgery, my doctor said: 'This is just how it is now.' He was wrong."

🏥 Frank was 67, fit, active. Then came the prostate biopsy, then the cancer diagnosis, then the surgery. He was told the cancer was gone — but so was his ability to have an er****on.

"Doc, they said nerve damage. They said maybe pills would help, but they didn't. They said this is just my life now."

Frank had given up. But he found me, and I told him: surgery doesn't have to be the end of the story.

We worked on:

Vacuum therapy to keep the pe**le tissue oxygenated (use it or lose it applies even here)

Low-intensity shockwave therapy to stimulate nerve regrowth and blood vessel formation

Pelvic floor rehab (surgery wrecks these muscles)

Trimix injections — not fun, but effective while the body heals

Two years post-surgery, Frank is having penetrative s*x again. Not every time. Not like he was 30. But enough.

If a doctor told you "this is just how it is,"

📩 DM me. Get a second opinion. Sometimes the first one is just lazy.

"How do I tell my wife I'm struggling without making her think it's her fault?"

🗣️ A man asked me this yesterday. And it broke my heart a little, because I know so many of you are thinking it.

You want help. You want to fix things. But you're terrified that if you say "I'm having trouble," she'll hear "you're not attractive enough."

Here's a script I've given to dozens of patients – and it works:

"I love you. I'm so attracted to you. And lately my body hasn't been cooperating the way I want it to. It's not you – it's stress/health/age. I'm going to work on it because I want to show up for you the way you deserve. Will you be patient with me?"

Most women? They sigh with relief. They thought it was them. Now they know it's not. And they'll support you.

The worst thing you can do? Say nothing. She'll fill in the blanks with her own insecurities.

If you need help figuring out what to say – or what to do next –

📩 DM me "HER." I'll help you find the words.

Most men with ED don’t actually have a ‘plumbing’ problem. They have a communication problem between the brain and the body. Here’s how to fix the signal.

I’ve spent 10 years studying male confidence. It’s rarely about the size of your paycheck.

My patient asked me yesterday: ‘Doc, is 4 inches really enough for most women?’ Here’s what the data actually says.

One patient came to me feeling hopeless. He thought his ED was permanent after a divorce. 3 months later, he sent me this text…

📱 “Doc, I didn’t believe you at first, but I stuck with it. Last night was the best I’ve had in years. Thank you for giving me my confidence back.”

This was a 48-year-old man – let’s call him Mark.
After his divorce, he’d had a few encounters that ended in embarrassment. He started avoiding dating altogether. By the time he came to me, he was convinced he was “broken.”

We dug into his history:

High stress job

Poor sleep

A few extra pounds around the middle

Some performance anxiety

We didn’t do anything extreme. Just:
✅ Sleep hygiene
✅ A simple nutrition tweak
✅ Pelvic floor relaxation exercises
✅ A mindset shift (the one I mentioned in my earlier post)

Three months later, he’s dating again and feeling like himself.

If Mark’s story resonates with you, you don’t have to suffer in silence.

📩 DM me – tell me a bit about what you’re going through, and I’ll give you my honest opinion on whether it’s fixable (spoiler: it usually is).
