"After prostate surgery, my doctor said: 'This is just how it is now.' He was wrong."
🏥 Frank was 67, fit, active. Then came the prostate biopsy, then the cancer diagnosis, then the surgery. He was told the cancer was gone — but so was his ability to have an er****on.
"Doc, they said nerve damage. They said maybe pills would help, but they didn't. They said this is just my life now."
Frank had given up. But he found me, and I told him: surgery doesn't have to be the end of the story.
We worked on:
Vacuum therapy to keep the pe**le tissue oxygenated (use it or lose it applies even here)
Low-intensity shockwave therapy to stimulate nerve regrowth and blood vessel formation
Pelvic floor rehab (surgery wrecks these muscles)
Trimix injections — not fun, but effective while the body heals
Two years post-surgery, Frank is having penetrative s*x again. Not every time. Not like he was 30. But enough.
If a doctor told you "this is just how it is,"
